Sometimes parking can be a challenge but otherwise I am happy.
I entered in a maintenance request online asking for a few things to be fixed, but am not sure if anyone has seen it because the repairs haven't been made yet. Overall, the rental staff provides excellent, professional service. Maintenance staff responds quickly and are very courteous. I enjoy living here.
The outside of the apt buildings do not reflect how comfortable and nice they are inside. You may want to do a major overall of the appearance! When you go further in the back of the community, the townhomes look a bit slummish.
I am very unsatisfied with the parking.
I would like less time to complete work orders submitted.
We need more community activities for residents and their children
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.

Go 2.5 miles to Security Blvd. North exit toward North County and proceed .1 mile. Turn right on North Forest Park and after 1/2 mile turn right onto Oaklawn Road. Follow signs to leasing office.
