Gas and electric is paid separately BGE. The hot and cold water are provided by Greenlyn Apartments. The security deposit starts at $250 and goes up to one months rent. We offer a one year lease. Pets under 20 lbs are welcome with a $175 non-refundable pet fee, $35 monthly pet rent.

I love it here, it's Peaceful the People are Friendly, the Area is Nice and Clean!!!
The staff at Greenlyn really takes care to see that your needs are ment and the grounds are kept up.
They need more maintenance staff and bigger dumpsters. Also, AC/Heating unit is very noisy, need to replace them with more up to date ones.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
