Bonnie Ridge Apartments part of the Home Properties family continues with their quality and professionalism. Bonnie Ridge has a long history of being a place of prestige. It still gives this feeling after many years.
Bonnie Ridge is located just outside the city and travel to the county or city is very convenient. Being a stay at home mom, it's so nice to have a pool, a gym, and plenty of playgrounds to occupy our time throughout the year. The staff is friendly and accommodating to the residence's needs. The grounds are well kept and quiet beautiful, a great safe place to take nature walks.
I have been living here over thirty years , I have not had any adverse issues My children grew up here and they still enjoy returning for visits
I have enjoyed living at Bonnie Ridge Apartments- it is an excellent community with great amenities for families.
Overall, we have enjoyed our experience at Bonnie Ridge. On a few occasions I have had negative experiences with the leasing office, but the problems were resolved. Lately maintenace has not been as good as usual. Usually the problem is solved within two days and is done well. My last experience with maintenace was not ideal and was poorer service than usual.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
From the Baltimore Beltway (I-695), take Exit 22 (Greenspring Avenue South). Turn left at the fourth traffic light (Smith Avenue). Continue approximately one mile, and Bonnie Ridge Apartments will be on the left. Follow the signs to the leasing center.
