It is a great community with lots of amenities. The people seem friendly. The only thing I would change about 10 Light Street is to add parking, which I am sure is impossible. I am enjoy the view and other modern aspects of my apartment. It is quiet as well. There are a lot of dogs here.
10 Light was my first apartment out of school and I have loved my experience!
Ten Light Street is an awesome building with amazing amenities and common spaces that really augment apartment living in the city. The staff and security is wonderful and very responsive. I also value that the apartments are very quiet - I never hear a neighbor while in my apartment.
10 light is a great friendly community. The resident services host multiple events monthly to welcome resident and create a warm living environment. The amenities are nice and never too crowded, this may change when it warms up. The leasing staff and concierge are very helpful with things regarding the city of baltimore. 10 light has many minor features such as gold light fixtures, and free bike storage that makes living here very easy!
I absolutely love living at 10 Light. The amenities, friendliness of employees and residents, and overall quality of the area is so great, I find myself not leaving the building unless I have to. It has a great location, so if you do need to leave, you don't have to go far or feel unsafe. Definitely worth the price.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
