When moving in, in 2015, apartment conditions were very nice, exterior of apartment needed a little work, but inside living conditions were very suitable. Throughout the course of 2 years the apartment complex has only declined. Several occasions had to call exterminator for rats, but they have never shown up. The complex is covered in trash that the front office seems to only clean up every couple of months or so and the laundry rooms remain covered in cat urine and trash.
Too many problems to list here. Never full staffed, the property is rarely clean, I'm embarrassed to have company, I have to keep the breezeway clean myself because it's trashed on a daily basis. I've called about rats, had problems getting hot water, there's holes in the ceilings that's been left open for over a year now from several leaks the apartments have, the water comes out brown at times and stinks. I personally wouldn't recommend any of my friends or family to move there.
They never come and fix anything
The property is always a mess. It's always dirty. There's trash everywhere. Dog poo everywhere. The office barely picks up the phone. The staff is sometimes, unfriendly. It's a very dangerous neighborhood. You put in a request to get something fixed and it never happens. People park in your spot.
Grounds are kept unclean, Maintenance doesn't answer service repairs in a timely manner. Leasing office will not hold residents to lease agreements.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
