The grounds are well maintained, quiet, and noiseless. The grass and landscaping are top notch. The pool area is a pleasant large and comfortable area for relaxing and swimming. The lake is peaceful. The size of the rooms are very adequate and roomy, the garage parking is a great added bonus. The complex is near rural areas but very nearby are shopping and entertainment.
Not only is the staff friendly and helpful, but the environment is also well kept and safe to live in.

Love the pool, except that pool use is not effectively restricted to only residents and their guests.
Landscaping is pretty good, except that when trees or bushes die or are damaged, they are not replaced.
The pool is restricted to residents only with their guests. We monitor the pool to the best of our ability with the assistance of the courtesy officer to keep non-residents off the premises.
