Office staff very friendly but extremely busy every time I see them. Maybe a 3rd helper in the office. Landscaping is a little dull right now but it is the Winter season. The grass is kept up though. The tress need to be cut back. Overall quality is great. It is an older complex but it feels like home. I really enjoy the recent resident activities that the office has put on. Overall maintenance is good. The attitude of one maintenance member could be better. I would recommend this place to all.
I'm really big on personality and how people treat me and the staff are really professional, people you actually want to get to know.
Any and all problems are adressed promptly and professionally by the staff.
Parking, laundry area need counters, no fitness gym, pool was closed most of season last year
We have to park so far from are building due to no open spots. We know it is a small lot so there is no one to really blame or much that can be done. Maybe assigned parking spots. The staff have all been very nice and helpful.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.

From Tunnel Blvd: Go through the tunnel continue straight and turn right on Grand Caillou Road. Turn right on South Van. At the light, turn left on Acadian. After 2 blocks, we are on the right. From the Dularge overpass: Cross over the overpass continue straight. Approximately 1 1/2 miles turn right on Laban. After the stop sign, turn left into the property to reach the office.
