    The location is accessible to every aspect on Lapalco Blvd. It's a quiet, gated community, which is a major plus. It comes furnished with 3 closets and a washer/dryer. The only drawback is, it doesn't have a porch/balcony area in the building I reside in. It would be nice to be able to go out on your porch/balcony, on a beautiful day and listen to the birds and drink a cup of coffee. I just feel so closed in not having a porch or balcony to access.

    My only dissatisfaction is the parking spots, some of them are small and some of them flood. I would suggest that you allocate every apartment/ house occupants specific spot or two.
