I love living here. It is by far the most efficiently run apartment complex I've lived at. Maintenance always takes care of issues within a day. The office staff is very friendly and quick to respond. They are always running contests to win free rent money. I also love that my electricity is included in the monthly rent. Being from Baton Rouge, this is definitely the best deal you will find in this part of town. The location is awesome!
The management at The Warwick highly takes pride in the property as owners and management. Living experience is like living in your own home. Management responds to services/ repairs needed promptly. Grounds are maintained weekly, general complex building maintenance is done to keep the complex looking very nice. Management promotes safety of all, participates in food and toy drives for the community, and have different promotions to win a chance for reduced rent for some months. Gated ground
All the workers were excellent, professional, and courteous.
I've been living there for 3 years and i recommend it to everyone. Fairly priced, safe, the maintenance staff is attentive and friendly (even though there's been quite a bit of turnover in the leasing office staff).
On site office that is open 7 days a week, speedy maintenance team, gated community, pool, and all utilities (excluding cable) are included in the rent.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
