All repairs are done right away and maintenance is always friendly. The grounds and pool are always kept clean and looking nice. I wish they had more room for kids to play and ride bikes though.
Management changes quite often.
I just moved in. I do appreciate the Resident Manager holding my apt due to a foul up on my part at my former residence.
My carpet smells really bad like dog urine. I think it should've been replaced when the last tenant moved out, not just cleaned.
A 2 bedroom only has 1 bath, small kitchen that is cramped for cooking. Have gone up $40 on rent in 2 years. For this price value should have a better kitchen and at least a half bath. Added sprinklers for some landscape that shouldn't need watered in Louisiana. Spending money in wrong areas.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
