The office staff has always been friendly and I have never any problems
The atmosphere is always quiet.
I like the gate and feel that it should be monitored to hold those that break it accountable for damaging it such as having a camera. That's one feature I liked about Parc Fontaine.
I like the location but the management changes have made my experience here worse. We need a full time office here, and the rent has gone up too much lately.
Appliances are in good condition; not too old nor are they brand new. Air conditioning works well. I like that I can pay rent online, very convenient. Maintenance response is very timely. My only complaint is that the floors of my upstairs apartment squeak extremely loud in multiple areas. I'm sure it annoys the neighbors below me.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
