These apartments are older but well built and properly maintained. My neighbors are very nice people and it is a very quite place to live.

I have live here for nearly two years now and I've enjoyed it. Staff is very friendly when I need help in leasing office, or when I call. The have a nice online payment service setup so I can pay my rent even if its after hours. Only cons would be that some of my neighbors are very loud. I hear peoples car stereos up loud EVERY SINGLE NIGHT.There is a lot of disrespectful people living here. People feel as though its ok to drive 50mph through the parking lot.

I rated my community "good" because I feel there is always room for growth and improvement. I really appreciate that management took into consideration some of the residents' input (electronic communication, improved maintenance of the grounds); however, there are times when requests are not processed in a timely manner or certain areas that need work (keeping the laundry facility properly working; keeping the community clean etc.)
