I love living here!! Honestly, my only complaint (and it has NOTHING to do with the staff or grounds) is that I never know when I have had a package delivered. Could someone please request that delivery services (FedEx and UPS) please leave a note on resident doors when a package has been taken to the main office. I often have medical prescriptions delivered and I am often not aware of when they are delivered to me. A phone call would be fabulous as well!
Indigo Park is a great community! The staff members are very personable and friendly! I really am impressed by the service of the staff. In addition, our maintenance crew is always great. They answer calls very quickly, and the job is always done right. If there are ever any additional problems, they are always happy to come out and check things out. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Indigo Park, and I recommend it to anyone looking for housing in the Baton Rouge area!

I am temporarily working at local industry. My wife wanted me to have a place that made as comfortable as my home. I was more concerned about location to my job. Indigo Park more than adequately supplied both.
Indigo Park in Baton Rouge is a clean, comfortable community close to shopping and LSU. Residents are nice, kids are friendly. Staff very professional and the complex is well maintained.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
