I love it,its a safe environment and I feel safe walking to and front the bus stop my daughter can go outside and I know everything is ok. My only problem is how thin the walls and roofs are where I can hear everything the people upstairs do
The office is efficient. Things get done quickly. Just remember if you treat people the way you want to be treated....then you'll be taken care of esp in the customer service realm of residential apartments.
Maintenance: Upon move-in (Sept. 2014) I placed a work order for a hole in my half bath ceiling to be patched up. It still, through today has not been fixed (March 2015). I have called, not everyday, but at least twice a month to say something and have yet to see anyone come check the issue out. It may be because I work 8-5 and do not have a roommate to answer the door as to why this issue hasn't been taken care of, but at the same time it would be nice to have special arrangements made/discussd
I would have given the apartments an excellent rating but the washer/dryer area and the fitness room are not kept clean. The fitness room lacks wipes for wiping down equipment and workout machines are often not functional.
Enjoy the complex. I don't like the fact that golf balls can fly over the barrier and hit my car. I have a dent in my roof right now from it. I also don't like the idea that pet owners are not held accountable for picking up after their pets. I feel that tenants pay too much money to have to walk by piles of dog feces outside their door every day.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
