Everyone on staff from office to maintenance have been absolutely wonderful and great to deal with. Always friendly and prompt!
I think Barkley Ridge offers a nice living space for its residents. The only complaint that I have is that we had an infestation of ants at the beginning of the summer. First they told us it wasn't an emergency when we called on the weekend. We literally had hundreds of ants pouring into our apartment and the only thing they did to help was give us a can of ant killer. I thought they would call an exterminator but that never happened. Other than that we have had a good experience.
Many of the front windows (including mine) are clouded up and should've been replaced (I'm guessing) years ago. If $25 extra per month for a pet and/or a 2nd air conditioner isn't gouging, it should at least pay for that, to put tile in the bathroom, improve the kitchen drawers, etc.
It's a dump. Full of drug addicts and drunkards. People there have no consideration for others. They play their music so loud at night. They yell and cry out their windows. They burn their tires leaving the parking lots. Like I said, ITS A HOLE AND THE RENT IS TOO HIGH for all the stuff a person has to put up with to live here. And, good luck getting someone to come fix anything. ITS A HOLE !!!!!
I was told when i inquired at the office that my apt would b "cleaned-up" and was reassured that the apt would b sprayed for insects before we moved in. (when i looked thru the windows i saw where the previous tenants lft alot of their belongings in the rooms and there was a note on front door to check with the office. When we signed the lease and had the uhaul and trailor on the premises, we entered and it was a total pig stye. There were spiders, hard shell bugs coming in around the door.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
