Friendly Atmosphere, Love The Central Court With Tables For Casual Gathering. Well Designed, Clean Apartment. Well Managed, Repairs (Only A Few And Right At Move In) Were Amazingly Fast. Clean And Safe Parking Facilities.
Awesome Staff, Good Security Features And A Wonderful Place To Call Home!
Management is great. Monies are spent it seems to keep exterior/outside looking good but a lot of work is needed inside apartments. Rent was recently raised but no work has been done on apartment to justify such a large raise in rent. Carpet is cheap and it cheapens appearance of apartment. Blinds are screwed into ceiling rather than wall so cannot put up drapes/curtains in LR area which takes away efforts to decorate. I suggest monies be spent to upgrade inside apartments.
I feel secured and comfortable staying here.
