They have exceeded my expectations ! Every time I called for maintenance they come and leave and email to say they are finished. Office staff is great as well

The price u pay to what u have. The newer resident are getting more trouble.
The rent is too high for what you actually get. They will give you one price on your tour and change it once you get ready to sign. They also add heat and water into the bill. I was told it would only be about $40 extra turns out it's more like $100 more. They also don't accept money orders, charge you a third party $5 billing fee and then charge you another $2 convience fee each month for paying through you bank account/debit card even if it's reoccurring.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
