Welcome to The Lofts of Broadway, a seven story historic building with loft-style apartments. We are an innovative complex in Downtown Louisville located only minutes from the Medical Center, Commercial District, U of L Medical/Dental School, Spalding University, JCC and the night life of Bardstown Road and Fourth Street Live. Standard loft building. Could use some updating & repair work typically happens slowly but overall it's a cool place to live.

What is a Certified ResidentCertified Resident Review?

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.

Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
