Besides the home in which I grew up, the Imperial House has been, by far, the finest place I've ever called home. The community is super clean, very nicely appointed, SAFE, and quiet. My apartment is well-built, quiet, and secure. Spacious, yet no wasted space. The management and maintenance team are top-notch and eager to respond to any need. I can (and will) recommend the Imperial House, enthusiastically, to anyone looking for a new apartment home.
I never have felt insecure while in my building, but the neighborhood surrounding the building has had problems with security. The staff are very nice and respond to maintenance issues quickly.
Imperial House is a clean, quiet, and safe place to live. I love living in a place that is safe for my family.
The location is excellent - I can get anywhere in the city within about 15 minutes. The people here are very friendly, and I feel safe here because of the night guard, gated parking lot and keyed entry. Some things are wearing out, such as carpets, appliances, countertops, vinyl flooring. When I put in requests for repairs, sometimes they are handled quickly and sometimes I have to ask multiple times over a period of weeks or months. The equipment in the gym isn't very good.
It is a very nice place to live. Friendly staff and residents. As a single women I go to be knowing that I am very safe. The imperial house has great activities for it residents. I do love living there.
