The staff knew me by name after my first visit and before I ever decided to move in! They were so easy to work with and made the move-in process very simple!
The Grove is a quality apartment complex which prides itself on offering homes to those who appreciate cleanliness, quiet environment, in a caring community.
The management team and neighbors have been absolutely wonderful. I have never lived in a more welcoming and friendly environment. I also love how pet friendly The Grove is. My dog has enjoyed meeting all of the other dogs and it has given me the opportunity to meet and chat with my neighbors as well.
The Grove at Lyndon has been a winning experience from the moment I received the direct-mail postcard advertising it at my previous residence. I was in the market to possibly move somewhere to better accommodate my recent addition of a dog, and The Grove was the perfect fit. In addition to gaining a dog park, I upgraded to a freshly-renovated apartment with better services, laundry capabilities within my apartment as well as an on-property 24-hour laundry center for bigger or higher-volume items. I'm excited to try the 24-hour fitness center, which will be so much more convenient and healthful than missing the gym, because its hours didn't agree with my sometimes unpredictable/non-traditional work schedule. The people working there are so friendly, repeatedly asking if I enjoy it here and if I need anything. I know if I ever have an issue it will be dealt with efficiently and properly the first time.
I had a great experience. The apartment is great. The staff is very responsive and helpful. The property itself is in a great location and well maintained! Highly reccomend.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
