In the weeks that we have been in the Grove at Lyndon we have really appreciated the support from the front office staff and how quickly maintenance responds to any issues as well. The weather has been terrible so we haven't been able to meet many other tenants but the few we have met have been very nice and my wife feels comfortable and safe walking around with our newborn son as well.
Love the staff! Love the newly renovated two bedrooms! Very pet friendly!
I have written many reviews in the past, especially when I get a survey about a maintenance issue that was corrected. I can't say anything new. I am very satisfied with my living accommodations here at the Grove.
The Grove at Lyndon is a very nice place to live. The location is great and very convenient, as well as private and I love all the greenery in the complex. Everyone is super friendly here, including staff and management. The apartment on move in day was very clean and the floor layout is very nice. All new appliances and cabinetry is a huge plus as well. The pool is great and very resort like. Only issue that I have is parking. On regular business days it's okay, but good luck trying to find a decent parking spot after 8 P.M. on a weekend day due to the limited availability of guest parking. Not that it's a huge deal, I don't mind to park further down, but it would be nicer if there was more parking available in certain areas of the complex. Overall, I would highly recommend the Grove at Lyndon to my friends and family, and for the price--it's totally worth it.
I like living at the Grove. It's quiet. My neighbors are friendly.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
