The management and maintenance staff is extremely friendly. They also stay ontop of everything. I've had the AC unit go out and they had it replaced within a week with no argument whatsoever. Also, they are continuously making improvements to the property.
Everyone in the leasing office is extremely kind and eager to help with any issues (not that there are any). This has been a terrible winter, but the maintenance workers always have my steps and the sidewalks shoveled and salted before I even walk outside. If I did not have to move, I would definitely be staying right where I am. I wish I had found this place earlier!
I've loved living here for the year and a half that I've been able to. The staff has always been extremely kind, especially the property manager as well as the maintenance guys. We've had a few issues with leaking but it's simply because the buildings are extremely old. I am getting annoyed because our unit hasn't been updated yet and they keep pushing it back but it should be soon! Everything works perfectly, just looks a little bit older, so we haven't complained. Overall an amazing place!!
I have loved living here at Station House, aside from one thing to be mentioned later. I love having a washer and dryer in my unit, having a pool and workout area, and I'm never bothered by anyone. Only downside was the faceplate of my CD player was stolen out of my car, but I did not lock my car so it was my own fault. The community is gated although the entrances are sometimes not closed.
It is a wonderful community with friendly faces and security that makes you feel comfortable as a resident. The only downfall to the community would be that it's a tad bit dated in the complex. This includes older windows that you can't see out of because of age and you cannot see some of the parking lines in the parking lot. Overall, I absolutely love living here!
