Mallard Crossing is very nice. People are friendly, staff is nice, they take care of any problems pretty quickly. They keep up the buildings very well. The buildings are very solid and you do not hear your neighbors much at all. I am on the first floor and do hear the people walking upstairs some but it is not bad. Most people are employed here and it is very quiet at night. All age ranges here, young families all the way up to retired people.

Mallard Crossing has beautiful apartments that are located in a great part of town! While we had some trouble figuring out some portions of the leasing agreements, the staff did a really good job returning emails and voicemails! Everyone has been really friendly and quiet.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.

Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
