A clean and quiet nice place to live
It is a very quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, each apartment has an individual fenced in back yard, they accept large breed dogs, all new appliances, large laundry room in each apartment with hookups, i could go on forever because there is so much we love about it.
They removed all the garbage disposals. The office staff are nice but there is only one maintenance man for the entire complex. My central air was broken for the last two summers and I was basically told sorry. They never clean off the snow or leaves but make sure to always clear the path for themselves in front of the office. They never get snow removed on the street. The updates recently done are nice I suppose. The rent has gone up every year.
Wish there was a workout room/tennis court and/or swimming pool Better communication with residents when phone calls are made Rent increase is extremely too high. I'm facing a $70.00 increase from the previous year. Way too high! Quicker responses to maintenance needs Love the quietness
For the rent expected the up keep of the units does not justify the cost. The staf is nice and when problem reported they do take care of it.
