I really like the community here. CC is just in a great location, has great management staff, great maintenance staff, and great amenities including the gym, pool, grill, playground, and car wash.

I love my apartment. It's safe. I avoid the heavy traffic getting here. I am near the grocery and other stores/restaurants. There's a gas station at the exit. Any problem I've had has promptly been fixed. The amenities are excellent.

I have been very pleased with the customer service provided by the leasing agents and the maintenance department. The amenities are outstanding, especially the access the the gym facility 24 hours and the pool which provided a nice social opportunities. I appreciated the staff organizing social gatherings including, holiday parties, pool socials, food truck events and social causes.
