I have lived here for 4 years and I love it. The area is quite, clean and safe. The staff is always friendly and courteous, not only to the residents, but perspective residents as well. Although I do not have a pet, they are pet friendly.
Office staff are very courteous, friendly and professional. Any apartments needs are handled promptly. I leased the clubhouse for a function and received many compliments. The grounds staff is excellent about making sure everything is well maintained and clean. Neighbors are super friendly and courteous as well. I do not have a pet - but it is a pet friendly complex and I enjoy watching others walk their dogs. Location is great - close to interstate, restaurants and other businesses.
I have lived here for 8 years and love it. All the staff is friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and kept clean. When I have a maintenance problem it is taken care of that day and is done right. The swimming pool is a great place to hang out in summer. They just added a play area for the kids and we have picnic tables and grills placed throughout the property. Very dog friendly with a fenced in dog park with benches for you to rest while you dog wears it self out.
There is nothing I could complain about. The apartments are well maintained and if there is ever any issue the staff is quick to respond and correct the issue.
Wonderful staff and maintenance! Quiet community, clean and pretty, with amenities. The only negative I can think of would be that there are not consistent sidewalks outside of the complex itself (since it's a smaller complex, you have to drive somewhere to go for walks, but there are parks relatively nearby). Definitely a great place to live!
