They have been very accommodating for our short term lease needs. As our timeline changed, they worked with us to extend our lease as need be. The one time we needed a faucet fixed, it was completed that same afternoon.
My apartment at the Veridian has beautiful new appliances and is well-decorated. All of my neighbors are courteous and I have had little problem with noise here.
The grounds are clean, the apartments are beautiful and the staff is super friendly and helpful.
Located in a very good neighborhood, plus the fact all the apartments were completely renovated. I has the opportunity to utilize brand new appliances, floor and carpets while living in this apartment complex.
The location is ideal and pretty allows quick and easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
