Reasonably responive to requests for service.
Location is great. On the outskirts of Wichita, but new business is being built nearby. The buildings share a nice design with some material changes to avoid repetition. I have notice with my apartment some minor things that prevent an excellent experience. I can only assume, but it seems the construction was rushed in such a way that left me not impressed with a new building. Examples are little nicks in walls/ceilings, chipped mirror, excess plaster on walls/ceilings, debris left under carpet.
I still have yet to receive any bill from the cable provider at my apartment. I have to call every month to ask how much my bill is so that I can put it in my rent payment. And then when I change my plan they don't notify the office management and I get hit with a late charge for them not doing their job! Tell me how that is supposed to work again?
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
