The principals of @ Home Apartments, formally Cashill/Spaulding Properties, are Michael Cashill and Alan Spaulding. They both have been in the property ownership and management business in Minneapolis/ St. Paul full time since 1990, and both come from families with extensive real estate backgrounds. Both of them graduated from St. John's University, in Collegeville, MN. Mike and Alan started their partnership in 1991 and have been expanding their business ever since 1990. These properties are owned in three different markets; 1300 units in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area, 200 units in St. Cloud, MN and 300 units in the Kansas City metropolitan area. In addition to apartment buildings, they also own 3 par-3 Golf courses in the Saint Paul Metro area. What began as a small, hands-on, owner-operated business has grown into a diverse, successful small business which employs 60 full-time people and 50 part-time people. Although our business has become somewhat diverse, our primary niche is in the Twin Cities' real estate market. Our management philosophy is to provide clean, quiet, well maintained apartments to residents through the implementation of quality, sound management. Our management style and maintenance quality reflect our goal of the long term ownership and management of all our properties.
