There are so many good things to say about this complex, but to sum them all up into one word, it would be AMAZING! The staff, residents, amenities, location; it's all perfect. Couldn't be happier with the choice we made to lease here. That's why I rated it the way I did. Thank you!
The service turn around was adequate and in a timely manor but cleanliness on property needs improvement.
I am generally happy to be a resident here. I am very pleased with the safety and security of my home and possessions. I am not as satisfied with the attention paid to updating appliances and utilities.
Room sizes in the apartments are excellent. Maintenance staff has been very satisfactory and, over-all we have had a good experience living here for 7 years.
I started residing in lakes since 2009 April ,I am very unhappy to maintenance. and we almost stayed more than 5 years they are not ready to change carpet and wall paint and even the patio door was strucked some time since 2011 but we are going to month basis but you guys are not changing as resident needs... and not yet come i gave couple of times maitenance then only thing I am living here more good neighbors and kids are more thats the reason.
