Maintainence is the best I as renter have ever had. Lawn care snow removal are superb! Staff is always concerned about issues. Safe comfortable. Love the garage right next to my apartment. Laundry inside my home.
It is quiet and peaceful able to walk around the property and feel safe and secure
Every year (it appears to me) that they take on a new project to make sure the apartment community is up-to-date. New balconies, new roofs, updates to the landscaping. It is clear to me the apartment management takes a great deal of pride and puts money back into the facility to keep it looking great. Office staff are always helpful and friendly and the gym is top notch. Combined with the location this apartment community is hard to beat. It is also pet friendly!
The apartment is conveniently located near highway . Comes with a garage that really helps in winter months. Friendly Leasing office helps make your stay comfortable.
The apartments are nicely renovated. I'm of average height and I have a hard time reaching the dryer and cabinet in the kitchen without a step-stool. The kitchen is nicely updated with beautiful countertops, I wish there was more storage in the kitchen area, especially when there is an empty wall. The bathroom is not updated and seems it has not been cleaned in a few years. The neighbor's are quiet and I really enjoy having a garage.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
