The apartment is very comfortable and large (2-bdrm). Location is fantastic, close to 435. The staff is very responsive to any issues that have arisen and they take the time to get to know the tenants.

West End has been so much better than our last apartment where we could hear our neighbors below us as if they were in our own apartment and our unit would shake when people slammed their doors, which was often. West End offers a lot of quality in living from the units themselves to the staff in the office being friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for our commutes to work and surrounding friends and family.

This is a great location and has lots of amenities available. I love the location and was willing to pay a little more for easy access to the highway. My frustration is the service fee associated with using a credit card to pay rent/utilities. The website touts the convenience of paying online but when I actually went to pay there was a HUGE service fee. I'm talking over $44 dollars for 1 months rent. That's a 4%+ service fee for using the online payment service! Ridiculous!
