I love the Mansions at Canyon Creek! Beautiful inside and out! The staff is absolutely fantastic and friendly. Wouldnt want to live anywhere else!
It's a beautiful area with an upscale surrounding community. We love the pool, the tanning bed, gym and sauna. Our home isn't like a common apartment. We love the high ceilings, fireplace, bamboo floors, granite countertops, etc. We especially love the oversized two car garage.
The Mansions at Canyon Creek are well managed and well maintained. No surprises and everything is new and clean.
We have been very happy. We feel safe, it is well maintained and is a perfect setting.
I love the leasing manager. I have been living in apartments for the past 6 years and she is by far the best leasing manager I know. I love the homes themselves, and the grounds are kept clean. All around best place I have lived yet!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
