Any issues brought up are immediately dealt with by management and all needs have been more than satisfied. The grounds are well kept and communication is strong. Very good living experience at this location.
In August of 2015 I will have lived here at Rosehill Pointe for 10 years. There has never been an issue of safety on my part. The management team is friendly and the maintenance department is great!
This is a nice place to live. I also feel safe here. The police station is practically across the street. It really helps.
Everyone on staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenence issues are addressed very promptly.
I was actually really worried at first when I first saw my apartment because it was not at all how I pictured it. I was very pleased when management listened to my concerns, and I ended up with an apartment that exceeded my expectations. I was incredibly happy with how the situation was handled!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
