Great location close to the highway and several restaurants, good prompt maintenance service, clean-kept landscape. Affordable prices. Everything I could ask for as a single bachelor.
Friendly staff. Maintenance is taken care of Asap.
The only downfall I have encountered is the inability to have snow removed within a reasonable amount of time/during times when most people are gone to work. Also that cars are not towed so the lots can be cleaned after snow removal. And there seems to be vehicles that are not even in use that take up parking spots in front of buildings that could be used for people who actually do drive/need to park.
Good maintence response. Laundry rooms available. Security Questions and issues addressed timely
Maintenance is mostly done by request. Routine repairs such as noticing windows need to be replaced, weather strips need to be replaced, outside guard rails need to be replaced are typically not done unless requested. Pool is great. Office staff is usually very friendly.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
