I have never had any problems with facilities or service. Staff is always great, maintenance always announces a couple of days ahead of entry when conducting routine maintenance and inspections.
I have lived here for almost 6 months and I have not had any issues with my apartment. They even helped me set up my internet by giving me cables.
Fieldstream made it easy to transition from my previous apartment to their, well maintain complex. The staff always waves back or say hello. I personally like it here and coming from a small town this complex gave me a similar feel after awhile.
We ran into an issue the first time we moved in. The apartment complex took in the situation and worked with us by fixing it right away. They moved us and made us happy. They have always been able to help us right away whenever we needed them.
I rate my overall satisfaction as a resident of Fieldstream Apartment Homes as excellent. Facilities are clean and quiet. Anything that you have a problem with, the office staff is happy to help you. Maintenance requests can handled in a reasonable amount of time. The upkeep of the grounds is very nice with grass, trees, the ponds, and snow removal. The office will give you plenty of notice of any changes to policy. I have been here 1.5 years; first experience in an apartment community.
What is a Certified Resident?
