Response time to maintenance requests is excellent. Employees are very friendly and helpful.
The overall experience has been very good. The management is great I have to say, they take care of the residents and respond fast, that is something difficult to find nowadays. In terms of the Villas, which is what we are actually renting, they are very comfortable. However, you can start noticing that they quality of some material used are not very good, I think that as time goes by this will be an issue. In addition, the grass in the Villas is bad.
The maintenance of the surrounding lawns leave much to be desired. The residents let their animals relieve themselves right in front of the house with no care.
It is not ecellent due to bad street maintenance during winter
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
