My experience has been fair due to it's an average apartment for an expensive price. Only reason our place is nicer because we had to complain about problems that should have been fixed before we moved in. Every time we have maintance come to fix something, it takes multiple days and we have to tell them to come back and finish there projects. The apartment are not energy efficient and apartments by the railroad track should be at discount rate. It is very loud and annoying.
Fast repair service, well organized facility, friendly staff, and excellent dog park!
It has been a great place to live so far
Overall the apartment is great, and everyone who works in the office is kind and helpful! My only comment is that some of the kitchen appliances (fridge, dishwasher) are dated.
Very well maintained maintenance-wise, landscaping/snow & ice removal upkeep are well maintained too, as well as the easy accessibility of dog waste bags and a lovely area to walk pets in, including easy access to the trail. All great points of being tenant here. Management/office staff are very pleasant and easy to interact with. Love the amenities available for the price for it's well worth it. Only wish the lighting in parking lot area was a little better for dog walking at night.
