For Suffolk County, NY the rental costs are fairly high here. As for the future improvements scheduled for this community, I feel they are unnecessary and I would rather see a reduction in rental rate. I foresee as a result of these upcoming projects that rental rates will increase to something more unreasonable and result in a more negative outlook on the community. Peer feedback is essential, and when the financial experience is met with uncertainty, the neg. feedback will increase.
