Landscapers pulled out and broke my light and damaged a container planting.
Very good complex to live in.
I really like how quickly maintenance responds to requests.
Maintenance does not fix anything. I told them my ceiling was leaking and the bathrooms were flooded and no one came to check it out. That's the latest complaint. They promised they would fix the washer in my area 6 months ago and each time I ask, I get a different response.
Management was the absolute worst I have ever experienced..... Same with maintenance. I paid close to $1000 per month for rent.... And had a slum Lord. Nothing was ever fixed in a timely Manor, and when it was fixed it was never done correct. Always with the least time consuming cheapest Manor possible, basically they would put a bandaid on whatever they fixed. We were without air conditioning most of summer 2014....their resolution was to give us a box fan.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
