Westlake has apartments for rent in Indianapolis, Indiana, 7 miles west of downtown Indy. Our community is located at 6000 Westlake Drive, which is right off of I-465 between 10th Street and Rockville Road. From I-465 on the west side of Indy, take the East 10th Street exit. Turn right at the first light onto Beachway Drive. Follow Beachway Drive for about 1/2 mile until you see the entrance into Westlake. Turn left onto West Lake North Drive and follow signs to the Leasing Center. From downtown Indianapolis, head west on West Washington Street (US-40). After about 3 1/2 miles, turn right onto Rockville Road. Continue on Rockville Road for a little over 2 miles, turn right on North Mickley Avenue, then stay straight to go onto Beachway Drive. After about 3/4 mile, turn right onto West Lake South Drive and follow signs to the Leasing Center.

Been here for 6 months now and have not experienced any kind of problems with the neighbors, kids, or thief issues.
Very happy here. No problems. Was hesitant @ first, but, pleasantly surprised.
Fairly safe, relatively quiet. Parking can be an issue, especially late in the day, and sometimes maintenance can be a bit slow. When they repainted in the apartment before I moved in, they did a shoddy job and painted over outlets and the cable connector. Screws were missing from several face plates.
I rated my satisfaction as good because of 1) the location to my place of employment, 2) the upkeep of the property, 3) readiness of staff to assist with any problems, 4) and my neighbors.
What is a Certified Resident?
