    The maintenance staff is always polite and helpful. The location is perfect!!! The exterior of the building for the studio portion is not as pretty as the exterior for the original portion of the Waverly. It would be nice if every resident could have a garage or spot to park in the covered garage (or at least the opportunity to pay more for one of those spots). Most importantly, I have never questioned my safety anywhere on Waverly property (i.e., parking lot, my apartment).

    Maintenance is quick, Hallways and public areas are clean and well ordered. Office staff is very friendly and responsive to questions and problems. The only ongoing issue we have is tha water, cups, and cleaning towls go empty in the fitness center and seem to stay empty for two or three days. This is minor and we have never reported it so I don't know if it could be fixed if it were brought to the attention of the staff.

    The staff has been very friendly and helpful so far - they have helped me arrange for furniture delivery as well as general move-in issues.

    the staff is very nice. I love my apartment and view. It's quite but centrally located; I have a large balcony.

    What is a Certified ResidentCertified Resident Review?

    A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.

    Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
