The office management are very helpful and receptive. Every maintenance request I've ever made has been addressed the same day. I asked about a recycling program and within the same year, a recycling dumpster was installed near my building. Everyone is friendly - especially the maintenance staff who wave to me as I leave every morning. The management are always making improvements to the complex - new roof, new A/C units, new windows, dog park, etc.
The first thing that drew me to Autumn Woods was the various floor plans. They are all so different and so unique. The community is wonderful and very quiet. The apartment homes themselves are in great condition and there is TONS of closet space! Maintenance and the front office staff are extremely friendly and dedicated. They are very prompt on any requests/service calls/etc. and will address the matter that same day! The facilities that are offered for residents are top notch.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Repairs are done in a timely manner. Grounds are kept in good and neat condition.
I absolutely love the maintenance and the friendliness of staff. Any time we have an issue, maintenance is there within a few hours to fix whatever problem we have.
My roommate and I love living here because it feels so small, yet offers great amenities. We also appreciate the hard working staff who helps us out with any issues that come up.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
