It's a nice quiet friendly environment and the prices are also manageable.
I have had to call multiple times for maintenance request, and still not had items fixed properly. Also, have of my outlets will not work. I have also had to have multiple appliances changed out.
The apartment itself is decent and the maintenance/office staff are nice. However, I can hear the people above me.
The parking issues are difficult. My opinion is that you should have numbers for each apartment so that residents can park in front of their own apartment. Also I was told when I first moved in that I would get new windows but I still haven't after almost 2 years.
Our rent drastically increased from the first to second lease (almost $100) and for our third lease they took away our government employee discount of $25/month. Maintenance has entered our apartment for non-emergency things without our permission on a couple different occasions. More recently, they've been much more cooperative with scheduling and the leasing staff is much friendlier than previous staff. They recently did a raffle for people who pay early every month and that was appreciated.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
