They have changed management a little to much. I'm going on year 2 here and management has changed 3 times. But they are pretty good with the upkeep outside and mantenance is pretty good.
The staff is friendly and they have a nice pool for the summer time. I just have a mice problem in my apartment. Also it is very dark at night because there isn't any outdoor lighting that works.
Slow on repair requests. No real extermination control.
Management would often ignore our maintenance requests if they weren't an easy fix. Never had hot water in the upstairs sink for the year and a half I lived there. Also had problems with water damage in my bedroom ceiling and a mouse infestation they wouldn't address. Rent was expensive for how little maintenance and they do on the units. It is also apparently their policy to immediately send any outstanding bills to a debt collector without telling us or letting us pay online when moving out.
The apartment I lived in frequently flooded and was infested with mice and insects. Absolutely was a horrible experience.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
