I love the location and layout.

Great value, location and maintenance service. Things get taken care of really quickly and the landscaping is well kept as well. Love having an attached garage, and only have to share one wall with a neighbor. Definitely feels like a home - rather than an apartment complex - as well as a community.

When we moved in it was $800.00 for a 3 bedroom duplex plus we paid 200.00 for the dog. Now it is $825.00 plus an extra fee every month for the dog.we have been excellent tenants and have never been late ....always paying early always before the first of the month. Now we are told if we want to downgrade to a 2 bedroom it will be more than we are paying now and another 200.00 to move.Is this how you keep good tenants who keep their property immaculate and take care of your duplex inside.

I have had many issues with neighbors and have not been able to get resolution. The property upkeep and landscaping are not very good. I've had several instances of the lanscapers making a mess of my yard, walkways, etc. They blow grass all over my unit (all over the siding and covering the mulched areas)and do not clean ANY of it. And now, they are raising my rent...not sure what I'm paying for, because I see no improvements. I will probably be moving soon.
Please always report these issues to the office, I will always do whatever it takes to get these types of issues resolved. You are never a bother so always call/email/visit.
we were here 3 days when the roof leaked and came through the kitchen ceiling. windows seem to be in upside down. couple of screens are bent. I think you should have more than one person in the office and at least one more maintenance man.

It was just so unfortunate that you had a roof leak after you had so recently just moved, which is why my team made sure to get this resolved immediately. We know how stressful it can be to move and then to have that happen...I just hated it. But please remember that you can always contact me and I will get any maintenance issue you have resolved promptly. My team prides ourself on taking care of our tenants and no issue is too small to report.
