Canterbury Green Apartments are on the North East side of Fort Wayne, IN and less than 15 miles from Fort Wayne International Airport. Apartments all come with washers/dryers, private patios/balconies and large closets. Many homes have fireplaces, built-in bookshelves, covered carports or garages and lake/golf course views. Pet friendly community has four swimming pools, fitness center, sauna and game room with three pool tables. Two racquetball courts, three tennis courts, 18-hole miniature golf course, sand volleyball and playground. Canterbury was a great first place for myself to move into. Love the apartment. Love the view. Love the privacy.
Fantastic place to live at an affordable price. you wont regret living here. Some people are complaining about noise but I never had any problem with it. Live in first floor and grill most of the time! It is very beautiful with all the ducks and Swan coming to your window to get their food :)
The grounds are beautiful, quiet, and offer EVERYTHING...golf, tennis, pools, exercise facilities...all with a friendly and very polite staff. There are carports, garages, extra storage, and nice neighbors...this was my first choice in Fort Wayne.
The apartments are very outdated. The paint on the walls and woodwork is sloppily done.
Staff : 3 /3.5 they are friendly, I would give them a 4-5 if perhaps the one could have remembered me after I leased and had to actually come back within 2 hours of recieving my keys to ask someone to walk though my apartment with me. Because of the shape it was handed over in. It's a given people may not remember but you would think they would after they had commented on your outfit, and handed you the keys and you come back 2 hours later and it's like your a total stranger again.. Wasn't very happy with that.
Apartment : 4.5 (after maintaince fixed everything ) before when it was "move in ready" I would rated this a 2.. But I am pleased with how it most the things were fixed . & I also enjoy that our apartment building isn't very loud.
Expirence : 4 (after leasing ) during the day I leased.. I wouldn't of even given 2 but dilynn made sure we talked to her manager Jackie and dilynn & her did apologize for the inconvenience.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
Here are some quick and easy directions to our community. Take I-69 to Exit 112A-Coldwater Road and merge onto Coldwater Road/IN-327S. Take the first left at the stoplight to East Washington Center Road (which turns into St. Joe Center Road). Go 1 mile and turn right at St. Joe Road. Stay on St. Joe Road for about 1/2 mile and then turn right at the light onto Canterbury Boulevard. Follow Canterbury Boulevard to Abbey Drive and then turn left on Abbey Drive. Our Leasing Office is located just on the corner.
