People here are friendly and easy to deal with.
The Timbers is more engaged with its residents than any apt. complex I have ever lived at.
I love the timbers. They still however have a reputation that I have heard for years when residents move out that is when all the charges come from a lot of things that was unexpected. All of the staff is very helpful nice and take pride in their jobs. I feel like if I don't go to one of the cookouts or something extra then I may be wasting my money since I assume it comes along with the rent but they are nice events to show they care. Love that we do have very nice pool and well cared for.
The Timbers Apartment complex is well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful.
I enjoy the location, amenities and fair rent. The apartments are very out dated (i.e. cabinets, counter tops, toilet, bath/shower, telephone wiring and flooring) Some renovations would be appreciated and would attract more professionals.
