People here are friendly and easy to deal with.
The Timbers is more engaged with its residents than any apt. complex I have ever lived at.
I love the timbers. They still however have a reputation that I have heard for years when residents move out that is when all the charges come from a lot of things that was unexpected. All of the staff is very helpful nice and take pride in their jobs. I feel like if I don't go to one of the cookouts or something extra then I may be wasting my money since I assume it comes along with the rent but they are nice events to show they care. Love that we do have very nice pool and well cared for.
what can I say the staff well they know you by your name not a number .You can go for a walk and fell safe at any time day or night. My apt. is super and if I do have something wrong they are on it in no time. I love it here.
All the people on the staff are so very kind and helpful from the girls in the office to the guys in maintenance. They have decent rates on apartments. The pool is always kept in great shape. They are always throwing some kind of bash and feeding residents or giving aways gifts. If i have one suggestion: Hire a new company that furnishes the laundrymat. they need to be serviced better.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
