It's a nice quiet area, set off of the main traffic road but so close to anything you need, like the grocery, pharmacy, movies, etc. The residents are friendly and keep their balconies and decks decorated nicely with plants. I NEVER see pet waste, which is incredible in my opinion compared to other places I've lived. The staff keeps up on the place really nicely, because it looks just as good- if not better- as it did when my sister lived here ten years ago.
When first moving down here we struggled to find a place due to having pets. The property manager here worked with us and welcomed us with open arms. If we ever had a problem she was very responsive and it was fixed the same day sometimes just an hour after it was mentioned. The grounds are maintained really well and the overall atmosphere is quiet and friendly. I feel really safe here and enjoy my neighbors.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
