I've lived in this complex for 16 years, in a 3, 2 and 1 bedroom apt. I've always been happy here. Location to local stores and restaurants is awesome.
The maintenance problems I have had where corrected quickly and a follow up by the office was done! The staff is friendly!! My biggest complaint is raising the rent every year! As a faithful rent payer and being on social security it is hard to see my rent go up every year! I do like the spaciousness of the apartment!
they are a good team and very nie
i have lived here for 30+years so this is my home. there is bad along with the good but over all i like it here. its close to stores since i'm disabled its hard to go to the big stores so i use churchman plaza alot. i think they could be a little easier on long time residents as far as increasing rent every time you sign a new lease.they also charge extra for alot of things that should be included in the rent. such as suckening up water for a small 2by2 foot space on the carpet it cost me 65.00
Many neighbors that have moved in don't show any consideration for others, and throw trash on the grounds, and make lots of noise at night. If it wasn't for these things, I would rate my satisfaction as excellent.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
