Great staff, maintenance response right away, flexible, friendly.
Overall living at Brook Hill has been a pleasant experience. The office staff has been nothing but friendly, especially when help is needed. The location is perfect in terms of surrounding amenities. For the cost of these apartments there are some areas that could use some improvement. These areas include: the paint job and moldings in the apartment (looks cheaply made and chips off), exterior of the apartment (especially the deck above my entrance), the gym (could have some more weights, etc)
Convenient location; Customer Service is fine; Could use upgrades on cabinetry and closets; should consider hardwood floors; All homes should have storm doors; The homes are clean and comfortable; No bugs/rodents/pet friendly community; ample activities for families; Perfect living arrangements for singles and/or couples. I like it just fine. Plenty of parking for guests. Friendly staff. We lived in this townhome community 10 years ago. Much better now with all the new upgrades(W/D a plus).
Appliances were out-dated. Maintenance team was mostly timely in resolving issues. New W/D, dishwasher, and toilet were installed. Mold was cleaned. Tub was re-caulked. Manager offered 2x$100 gift cards as consolation. Community itself was nice and home-y . =)
No problems, just slow responses to maintenance requests. We had to do some cleaning of the apartment as well before we were able to move our things in.
